Precise titanium connection, free design

The connection to the implant is provided by the titanium base; the lab designs the shape freely in the CAD software. The milled zirconia abutment or monolithic crown is bonded extraorally to the Ti base – cement-retained, combined or screw-retained.

PROCESSING

pre-treat bonding surfaces per manufacturer (e.g. blasting)
protect the screw channel during bonding
tightening torque according to Bioconcept IFU
check the platform (mini Ø 4.0 or Ø 4.5) before ordering
