Bioconcept Multi Abutment – Multi Workflow for Screw-Retained Bridges
Screw-retained bridges and full dentures on two or more Bioconcept BV implants: straight multi abutments with all impression, lab and cylinder parts original from Bioconcept – complemented by angled multi abutments (17°, 30°) from Osstem. Common multi platform Ø 4.8 mm.

THE PRINCIPLE
The connection moves up to gingival level
The multi abutment is screwed firmly onto the BV implant and stays there. The bridge is then screwed onto the multi abutments – not directly onto the implants. Angled multi abutments compensate for tilted implants so that all screw channels share one path of insertion. Ideal for immediate restorations and concepts with tilted distal implants in the edentulous jaw. For tilted implants we add the angled multi abutments from Osstem – Bioconcept BV is prosthetically compatible with Osstem TS.
THE WORKFLOW
To the screw-retained bridge in four steps
1 · Abutment
Screw the BV straight or Osstem 17°/30° angled multi abutment onto the implant – it stays permanently in the mouth.
2 · Impression
Conventionally with pick-up copings or digitally with scan body – model with lab analog or digital lab analog.
3 · Framework
Cast the framework on gold, non-precious or esthetic-low cylinders or make it CAD/CAM-milled.
4 · Screw in
Screw the bridge onto the multi abutments with the multi Ti screw 347010.

Gingival height 1–5 mm, incl. screw. Mini yellow, regular green. Tighten with 1.2 mm hex: mini 30 Ncm, regular 35 Ncm (according to Bioconcept).

Osstem original for tilted BV implants. With EbonyGold screw (mini GSMABSM, regular GSMABSS). Tighten with 1.2 mm hex: mini 20 Ncm, regular 30 Ncm.

Osstem multi components as an alternative
Does your lab already work with the Osstem multi system, or is a part needed at short notice? These Osstem components fit the multi platform Ø 4.8 and complement the Bioconcept range. Osstem cylinders are fixed with the Osstem screw MTS200 (20 Ncm) – do not mix screws between manufacturers.
