PIEZO PRINCIPLE

Cut selectively, protect soft tissue

The ultrasonic vibrations of the tip cut mineralised tissue while soft tissue such as mucosa, membranes and nerves is largely spared. The frequency is automatically adjusted within 27 to 37 kHz; power and vibration can be finely set. The peristaltic pump cools the cutting site evenly.
