WHY PRE-MILLED

Custom shape, original fit

The most critical part of a custom abutment is the connection to the implant. With the pre-milled blank it is already manufactured by NeoBiotech – the lab only mills the shape. Result: a one-piece titanium abutment without a bonding gap, with free emergence profile and angle correction. If you prefer zirconia, use the Ti-Base.

THE WORKFLOW

Four steps to the restoration

1 · Scan

Screw on the scan body, scan intraorally or on the model.

2 · Model

Produce the model with a lab analog [ADD: digital?].

3 · Design & manufacture

Design in exocad or 3Shape: zirconia on Ti-Base or mill the pre-milled blank in the Aurum holder.

4 · Seat

Finish and tighten with the torque from the instructions for use [ADD: Ncm].

Captures the implant position – intraorally or on the model. Length 10 mm.
