COMPACT & PRACTICAL
ImplAg Sinus Set in a sterilisation cassette
ImplAg Sinus Set with three double-ended instruments in sterilisation cassette

Three double-ended sinus instruments for the lateral approach – with textured handles for a secure grip, stored on a silicone mat in a perforated stainless-steel cassette. The lidded cassette is suitable for cleaning, sterilisation and storage.

  • Sinus curette – spoon-shaped, angled
  • Membrane elevator / periosteal elevator
  • Membrane separator – fine tip for initial detachment
  • Sterilisation cassette with lid and silicone mat

CLASSIC SINUS FLOOR ELEVATION
The right instrument for every approach

Crestal approach (internal sinus lift): The sinus osteotomes with concave working tip and stop are used for minimally invasive sinus floor elevation according to the Summers technique. The bone is condensed step by step and the sinus floor is lifted in a controlled manner – suitable for compensating moderate vertical bone deficits in the maxilla with sufficient residual bone height. The bayonet shape makes access easier in the posterior region.

Lateral approach (external sinus lift): After preparing the bony window, the membrane separator initially detaches the Schneiderian membrane from the window margin. The Freer elevator and sinus curettes then gently lift the membrane from the sinus floor – the triple-angled tips reach in every direction, the long version also deeper areas. The membrane elevator can also be used to place bone substitute material.

FOR CLINICIANS
Benefits at a glance
  • All hand instruments for crestal and lateral sinus lift at a glance
  • Osteotomes with stop for controlled penetration depth, straight or bayonet
  • Graduated diameters from Ø 3.0 to 5.0 mm to match implant site preparation
  • Triple-angled curettes in two lengths for hard-to-reach areas
  • Gentle detachment of the Schneiderian membrane with the membrane separator
  • Compact set in a sterilisation cassette – space-saving, organised, ready for reprocessing
Note: The instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned, disinfected and sterilised before first use. The choice of technique depends on residual bone height and the clinical situation. The manufacturer's information is authoritative.
