OPEN TRAY

Pick-up impression coping

For the custom tray with perforation above the implants. The coping stays in the impression and is removed with it – ideal with multiple and diverging implants. The 15 mm version for deep implants or thick mucosa. Mini yellow, standard green.

HOW IT WORKS

Open-tray impression in four steps

1 · Seat

Remove the healing abutment, seat the coping and tighten the retaining screw hand-tight. Check seating radiographically if needed.

2 · Impression

Insert the custom tray with openings above the screws, apply impression material.

3 · Remove

After setting loosen the retaining screws – the coping stays in the impression.

4 · Model

Screw the lab analog onto the coping, make gingival mask and model. Re-insert the healing abutment.

CLOSED TRAY

Transfer impression coping

For the stock tray: the coping stays in the mouth when the impression is removed and is then repositioned in the impression – quick and easy for single teeth and parallel implants. Mini yellow, standard green.

OPEN – WHEN?

Multiple implants, diverging axes, screw-retained bridges – highest transfer accuracy, custom tray required.

CLOSED – WHEN?

Single teeth and parallel implants, limited mouth opening – quick with a stock tray.

CHOOSE CORRECTLY
