INNO Cemented Abutment

Straight stock abutments for cement-retained and screw-cement-retained crowns and bridges on Cowellmedi INNO and INNO Sub Narrow. Gold-coloured, anti-rotational and available in five gingival heights and two post heights.

CEMENTED ABUTMENT

Classic, proven, customisable

The abutment is screwed into the implant with the abutment screw, and the crown is cemented onto it. The impression is taken at implant level with impression copings or digitally with a scan body – the lab can then prepare the abutment individually if needed. A flat surface secures the crown against rotation, and the gold-coloured surface supports natural-looking ceramics.

Gingival height = cuff from the implant shoulder, post height = cementation post above it. Narrow abutments fit INNO Sub Narrow, standard fits INNO.

According to the manufacturer, temporary abutments are tightened to 20 Ncm.

WORKFLOW

From abutment to cemented crown

1. Impression at implant level with impression copings or scan body.
2. In the lab, select the matching abutment, prepare it if needed and fabricate the crown.
3. Remove the healing abutment, insert the abutment with abutment screw and tighten to 30 Ncm (standard).
4. Seal the screw channel, cement the crown and remove all excess cement.
