Osstem Port Abutment – Snap Attachment for Overdentures

Low-profile attachment abutment for implant-retained overdentures in upper and lower jaw. Replaceable inserts in three retention levels, compensation of diverging implants up to 40° – with all parts for practice and lab.

THE PRINCIPLE

Secure retention, easy exchange

The port abutment is screwed firmly onto the implant. The denture holds a metal cap with a plastic insert that snaps onto the abutment. When retention decreases, the practice simply exchanges the insert – the denture stays. The low height leaves room for teeth and acrylic, even with little vertical space. Standard inserts compensate up to 20° per implant, extended inserts up to 40°.

Choose the gingival height so the abutment protrudes approx. 1.5 mm above the mucosa. Mini yellow, regular green.
