For the digital workflow on Bioconcept, use the Osstem TS workflow products: 1:1 compatible. Scan body for the impression, digital lab analog for the printed model and the pre-milled blank with prefabricated connection for the custom titanium abutment.

WHY PRE-MILLED
Custom shape, original fit
The most critical part of a custom abutment is the connection to the implant. With the pre-milled blank it is already manufactured at the factory – the lab only mills the shape. Result: a one-piece titanium abutment without a bonding gap, with free emergence profile and angle correction.
THE WORKFLOW
Four steps to the titanium abutment
1 · Scan
Screw on the scan body, scan intraorally or on the model.
2 · Model
Print the model with the digital lab analog.
3 · Design & mill
Design in exocad or 3Shape, mill the pre-milled blank in the Medentika holder.
4 · Seat
Finish and tighten with a 1.2 mm hex. Torque Mini 20 / Regular 30 Ncm

Scan body & driver
Captures the implant position – intraorally or on the model. Mini or Standard (Osstem Regular).
