INNO Angled Abutment 15° / 25°

Angled cementable abutments for Cowellmedi INNO and INNO Sub Narrow. They compensate for implant axis deviations of 15° or 25° so the crown still sits in the correct axis. Gold-coloured, supplied with abutment screw.

ANGLED ABUTMENT

When the implant is not in the crown axis

In the posterior region, in the atrophic jaw or with deliberately tilted implants, the implant axis often differs from the ideal crown axis. The angled abutment realigns the cementation post by 15° or 25°, allowing a crown with correct axis and even layer thickness. The gold-coloured coating supports natural-looking ceramics.

Where does the angle point?

With the two types, the angulation can be set in twelve directions – in 30° steps around the implant.

Which type fits depends on the hex orientation of the placed implant – best checked on the model with a lab analog.

WORKFLOW

From tilted implant to straight crown

1. Impression at implant level with impression copings or scan body.
2. On the model, choose the angulation and type (A or B) with the best orientation, prepare if needed.
3. Remove the healing abutment, insert the abutment in the planned position and tighten to 30 Ncm.
4. Seal the screw channel, cement the crown and remove all excess cement.
