The abutment that adapts to the situation

Prefabricated abutments do not always fit: the implant axis deviates, the gingiva runs at an angle, or space to the antagonist is tight. The FreeForm abutment offers enough volume to shape axis, margin and height freely in the lab – without casting or CAD/CAM. Impression is taken at implant level. Minimum height after preparation: 4.0 mm, so the crown is retained securely.

PROCESSING

How to proceed

1 · Impression

Implant-level impression with Osstem TS impression copings, model with lab analog.

2 · Preparation

Shape axis, margin and height in the lab – leave at least 4.0 mm height.

3 · Placement

Tighten with 1.2 mm hex and torque wrench: mini 20 Ncm, regular 30 Ncm.

ON REQUEST · 25° ANGLED

FreeForm 25° – for restricted path of insertion

Already angled 25° and additionally preparable. Torque as above, incl. EbonyGold screw. Please enquire.
