Neobiotech CCM UCLA Abutment

Castable abutment for individually cast superstructures on Neobiotech IS implants. The prefabricated implant connection made of CCM alloy ensures a precise fit, while the plastic sleeve is individually waxed up and cast-on in the lab. For cemented or screw-retained single crowns and bridges.

UCLA ABUTMENT

Cast individually – with a prefabricated fit

With difficult space conditions, unfavourable implant axes or for screw-retained bridges, stock abutments reach their limits. With the UCLA abutment, the lab freely waxes up the superstructure on the plastic sleeve and casts it onto the prefabricated base. The machined implant connection remains precise.

Abutment screw ISCS20 included. Fits all IS implants except S-Narrow (Ø 3.2).

WORKFLOW

From model to cast abutment

1. Implant-level impression, fabricate the master model with lab analog.
2. Screw the UCLA abutment onto the analog, shorten the plastic sleeve to the required height.
3. Wax up the abutment or framework on the sleeve, invest and cast-on with a suitable casting alloy.
4. Finish, protect the implant connection and do not machine it, veneer if needed.
5. Insert intraorally with a new abutment screw ISCS20 at 30 Ncm.
