Stock titanium abutments for cement-retained and screw-cement-retained crowns and bridges on Neobiotech IS implants. The SCRP version with short hex allows bridges to be removed even on divergent implants. With abutment screw.

SCRP ABUTMENT

Cemented – yet retrievable

SCRP stands for screw-cement retained prosthesis. The crown or bridge is cemented onto the abutment in the lab and screwed in as one unit via the screw channel. Thanks to the short hex, bridges can be inserted and removed even on implants with up to 20° divergence. The abutment can be prepared individually.

Post height 5.5 mm. Abutment screw ISCS20 included. Fits all IS implants except S-Narrow (Ø 3.2).

WORKFLOW

From impression coping to crown

1. Open-tray impression with Neobiotech impression copings (SCRP) or digitally with scan body.
2. In the lab, select the abutment by gingival height and prepare if needed – keep at least 3 mm post height above the implant shoulder.
3. Fabricate the crown and either cement it intraorally or bond it in the lab and insert it screw-retained.
4. Tighten the abutment screw to 30 Ncm, seal the screw channel, remove all excess cement.

Neobiotech IS implants from Ø 4.0 mm have the same prosthetic platform as Cowellmedi INNO standard. This gives you access to the INNO cemented abutments with 5.5 and 7.0 mm post height as well.
