The implant connection in the model

After the open-tray impression, the lab analog is screwed onto the impression coping and embedded in the model material. This reproduces the exact position and connection of the implant in the mouth – the basis for precisely fitting abutments and crowns.

Digital lab analog for printed models

For 3D-printed models, the digital lab analog SGISLA400 (narrow) or SGISLA500 (regular) is inserted into the prepared model socket instead of the conventional analog. Matching implant and analog libraries for CAD software are available in our download area.

LAB TIPS

How to seat the analog correctly

Screw the analog completely and tension-free onto the impression coping before pouring.
Check for a firm seat – a rotated or loose analog transfers errors to the model.
For gingiva masks, first inject gingiva material around the analog, then pour the stone.
Insert the digital analog fully and check its seat in the model.

COMPATIBLE WITH COWELLMEDI

From implant Ø 4.0 mm: INNO standard lab analogs too

Neobiotech IS implants from Ø 4.0 mm have the same prosthetic platform as Cowellmedi INNO standard. This means you can also use the INNO standard lab analogs.
