Depending on the implant system and case, manufacturer-specific rescue kits such as the OSSTEM ESR Screw Saver Kit or universal screw saver or screw remover kits may be suitable. We check suitability in advance based on the available system and case information.
1. Call us or book a service – with a short case description.
2. Send documents: X-ray, photos and, if available, implant passport or manufacturer details.
3. We recommend kit and procedure – by phone, or we arrange an on-site appointment. The flat rate and expected additional costs are agreed with you in advance.
4. Follow-up: invoicing as agreed and ordering of the new restoration.
▶ Tip: The more information you send (manufacturer, diameter, year of placement), the faster we find the solution.
