Dualock for Neobiotech

Dualock attachments for removable dentures on Neobiotech IS implants. The denture snaps onto the abutments and sits securely – the patient simply removes it for cleaning. According to the manufacturer, the system is fully compatible with Zest LOCATOR®.

Secure retention for the overdenture

Dualock abutments are screwed into the implant, and the matching housings with retention inserts are processed into the denture. The titanium nitride coating makes the surface hard and wear-resistant. Retention inserts are available in different retention forces and compensate for divergences between implants of up to 40°. According to the manufacturer, abutments, inserts and tools are interchangeable with the Zest LOCATOR® system.

WORKFLOW

From abutment to snapped-in denture

1. Remove the healing abutment, insert the Dualock abutment and tighten to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
2. Place the block-out ring on the abutment and attach the housing with processing insert.
3. Relieve the denture in the area of the housings and pick up the housings intraorally.
4. Replace the processing insert with the final retention insert and check retention.

COMPATIBLE WITH COWELLMEDI

From implant Ø 4.0 mm: Dualock for INNO too

Neobiotech IS implants from Ø 4.0 mm have the same prosthetic platform as Cowellmedi INNO standard. These Dualock abutments therefore also fit INNO implants from Ø 4.0 mm. Dualock is also available for many other implant systems.
