All three parts have the original Neobiotech implant connection – the lab only designs the superstructure.

COMPATIBLE WITH COWELLMEDI

From implant Ø 4.0 mm: INNO standard prosthetics can be used

Neobiotech IS implants from Ø 4.0 mm have the same prosthetic platform as Cowellmedi INNO standard. This gives you access to the standard abutments of the INNO range as well – from the cemented abutment and the angled abutment to the hybrid Ti-base and the multi abutment.

BONDING – DONE RIGHT

The bond determines durability

The bonding surface of the titanium base and the inside of the crown are sandblasted and bonded with a suitable luting composite. Protect the screw channel, remove excess before curing and polish the joint carefully – this creates a smooth, cleansable emergence. Follow the cement manufacturer's instructions.

WORKFLOW

Digitally to the bonded crown

1. Intraoral scan with scan body or model scan with lab analog.
2. Design in CAD software with the Neobiotech library, mill or press the crown.
3. Bond the crown onto Ti-Link or Ti-Cylinder in the lab, polish the bonding joint.
4. Insert, tighten the abutment screw as specified by the manufacturer, seal the screw channel.
